IMAG500 -Secure Kiosk framework for resetting password of network users
The problem of password-forgets is always a challenge for the enterprises and 30 percent of the help-desk calls are related to reset-password. The traditional method of resetting passwords followed by today's enterprises is tedious and time-consuming which directly impacts the productivity of enterprises.
The IMAG500-Secure framework offers a unique mechanism which allows a network user to reset the password of his machine on his own. Through IMAG500-secure kiosk framework, the user can enter into a kiosk environment and access IMAG500's self-service password reset, which allows the user to reset the password on his own by providing the requisite user information.
In the Secure kiosk user environment, the user is just allowed to perform password reset operation using IMAG500-Self-service Password Reset functionality. The kiosk user can neither see nor perform any other operations of the Windows Operating System.
