Guest Server: Enterprises today use elaborate manual processes, emails or voice mails to get approvals from project managers and application managers before providing any access to contractors, auditors and guests. This whole process could take several weeks leading to loss of productivity. Temporary accounts accessing critical corporate data need to be created and disabled with appropriate approvals in a timely manner to meet compliance needs.

IMAG provides time bound account creation with specific start and end dates. These accounts can be requested and tracked online. All the requests are routed automatically with workflow authorizations. Accounts can be created and managed in Active Directory, LDAP, eDir, HP-UX, Solaris, RACF and any web enabled or client server applications. Periodic reminders will be sent on account expiry, temporary user can request for an account extension through online. IMAG supports complex approval process and generates comprehensive compliance reports for SOX and PCI periodically.
Multiple levels of administrative controls can be setup for authorizing or approving account creations. Example: From the front desk receptionist all the way to AD or Application administrator. |
Enabling Lobby Guests’ Access
Lobby guests require simplest of accesses, mostly for a short amount of time. Accounts need to be created, deleted and users authenticated for the duration.
Enabling off-site consultants
IMAG supports DMZ access with online request and monitoring capability. Remote users can use the self service portal to request accounts and reset passwords. Notifications on account changes or password changes can be sent to respective sponsoring managers for compliance and security. Accounts will be automatically disabled upon completion of the terms.
