1.	What challenges does enterprise help desk face to unlock SaaS Accounts?
	SaaS Applications which are hosted outside of the enterprise help desks are often not fully equipped to handle Password Resets or Account unlocks. SaaS Accounts often get locked when someone tries to access the application repeatedly with wrong password. Each SaaS Application has its own Q&A process to validate the user before accounts are unlocked. Often forcing users to remember multiple sets of Challenge questions and responses, resulting in help desk call.

	Apere provides a unique way to extend help desks to support SaaS Applications. Users can use the Secure Self Service Portal to unlock accounts or the help desk can use the administrator portal to unlock the users accounts in the cloud. Secure Self Service Portal authenticates against the corporate authentication platform. Administrative portals are setup to manage account unlocks centrally across all SaaS Applications. Self Service Portal is secured with 256 Bit encryption, third party certificates and HTTPS protocol. Users will be challenged with pre-configured questions to access the self service portal, or users can be authenticated with enterprise authentication platforms.

	Prices for Quarterly subscription are based on number of users for Single Sign On and Password reset with automatic account unlocks from cloud. There are no long term contracts. Apere Password Policy Manager with account unlock capability is built on advanced cloud computing technology, more computing power is provided as need.

5.	Compliance Reports - Are there reports generated for account unlocks?
	Yes, Reports on generated whenever the accounts are unlocked. Time, User Name, Application name and time are logged in for forensics and compliance reporting. User authentication process is also logged for records.

6.	Can I use this technology to unlock my accounts for Enterprise Applications?
	Yes, Apere Account Unlock technology provides a Self Service Portal for end users to unlock both enterprise and SaaS Accounts. At the setup time the administrator will configure the Self Service portal to challenge user with a set of questions.
